We took these pictures on the side of the PCH over the weekend, en route to an impromptu and amazing night at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. It's been super warm here in Southern California so I've been wearing a lot of dresses (like the above dress is from J Crew which is the best thing ever), but I've been pairing them with booties and flats to ground the look since technically it's still Winter. Sandals just don't seem appropriate yet, no matter what the thermostat says.
I'm actually heading to NYC today for a couple of days, where I will definitely not be wearing little dresses or sandals. I'm kind of looking forward to bundling up again, as long as it's not a blizzard like it was during my last trip! Follow along on instagram @whitneycosgrave

Your outfit looks great!!! I like the way you mix the high end with low end and it all looks so rich!!! I have that F21 ring. I like finding low end items that look high end. It makes shopping much more fun for me and far more challenging. Have a fun new adventure.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous dress, the colour and style really suit you. I know what you mean about looking forward to bundling up. When we sometimes get hot weather here (very rare though) and it lasts for a while I start to look forward to Autumn and coats and boots and hats, just so I can wear something a bit different in style. At least the weather is good for something in the UK; very changeable so we get to wear lots of different outfits all in the same season haha.

ReplyDeleteOh how fun! The main street in Ojai has cute shops and restaurants, and if you like wine the Casa Barranca tasting room is quite fun. I've really only hung out at the hotel, so I don't have too many tips, sorry!
