Good morning! I'm really excited because I just booked my tickets for the IFB Conference in February. My mom is going to come with me to New York and I'm already trying to figure out how many of my favorite NYC restaurants we will be able to hit. Are any of you going to be there?
We took these pictures on the way to dinner the other night; it's the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, a unique building which was designed by Welton Becket in 1958. Becket is also the architect behind plenty of other uniquely 'LA' buildings, including the Capitol Records Building. Don't say you never learned anything from my blog ; )
I'm wearing a jacket with leather look sleeves from Zara (which I don't see on their website anymore though might still be in stores), a striped top from Gap, Jimmy Choo wedges (these from Nordstrom are similar and a great price), old Prada bag, and vintage necklace and earrings. My jeans are from Madewell.
I love the leather sleeves on that jacket. Such a great accent!

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely chic and casual outfit. I am jealous that you live in LA, it would be my dream place to live. I just checked out your favourite places in LA and noticed Paradise Cove is on there, we stumbled upon it when we went over for my 30th birthday and fell in love with it (in fact my blog post I did on Saturday - there are memories in the outfits) includes a photo of me at Paradise Cove as it is one of my favourite memories.
