army

So, I recently ended up wearing basically a glorified version of fatigues. For a recent FASHION Magazine challenge, we were asked to show how we wear knits; so I dug around in my closet and found an old ribbed knit sweater from the Gap (really old - like ten years ago from a Boxing Day sale) and paired it with some army green pants.

This was when it was sort of cold in LA last week so I needed a coat, and decided on my trusty army jacket, and thus ended up wearing combat colors (almost) head to toe. I think my boyfriend was a bit confused by my outfit, but I feel like it kind of works!

My jacket is vintage from Crossroads, but this one from Urban Outfitters is very similar. My bag is this one by YSL but this one and this one are similar and really great prices. I'm wearing vintage bracelets and vintage clip on earrings. My shoes are these Jimmy Choo wedges but I just found these ones that are very similar and only $139!

  2. Those wedges are amazing, I wish they were in my price range! I really like this outfit and think it all works really well together, you have managed to make a casual look into a very chic and well groomed look, very Carrie Bradshaw! Are these photos taken in Century City? I seem to recognise the building behind you.
