Happy Monday, I hope you had a great weekend! Mine was busy, but so much fun.
On Saturday a friend had some people over to her gorgeous condo for brunch and mimosas before we headed to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. Rachel Zoe hosts the event, Nacho Figueras plays in the match, and there is awesome people watching, amazing food trucks and (maybe a little too much) champagne. It's just such a great event, and one I highly recommend checking out if you happen to be in LA next October.
Have any of you been or did you go this year?
I am wearing a DVF dress from the spring (but this one is similar and 30% off right now!), Delman wedges (these from Shopbop are very similar and so SO cute) and a vintage multi strand pearl necklace that I picked up recently from the Salvation Army.

Love your outfit, you look so pretty! Hope you didn't ruin your shoes during the stomping of the divots!

I have never been to a Polo match...and the only perception I have of it is from Pretty Woman, when they stomp the divots. You looked so pretty!

You look so cute!! What a fun event! I love nacho Figueras! I have organized a couple of polo matches...so fun....but gosh so much work. I think I might skip out this year.
ReplyDeleteHave wanted to do a polo match for as long as I can remember. I live in a horsey area of The SF Bay Area and believe it or not have not indulged in the horse activities .. .
ReplyDeleteAh I wrote a story about the inaugural Veuve Cliquot match in New York for Fashion Magazine and it looked like it was so much fun, the L.A. version looks just as amazing! You look so stunning in that DVF dress :). Where were you in Canada before? Hope you got to celebrate Thanksgiving in your own special way down South!
