These pictures were taken on the pier at Manhattan Beach (the most picturesque and idyllic little seaside town about 20 minutes - depending on traffic - south of LA) over the weekend. We went down to the beach to visit a friend of mine who was in town, and then decided to stay in the area for dinner.
We ate at a new restaurant called MB Post which was so amazing; we had asparagus with a poached Jidori egg, mussels in a green curry, and alblondigas which are extremely tasty meatballs served on a yam puree. I seem to have been on a rich, decadent food kick which I can only assume is going to continue on my Europe trip (I leave tomorrow!). Oh well. YOLO, right..?
I'm wearing these pants from the Gap, this striped top also from the Gap, these ballet flats, this Bauble Bar necklace that's one of my favorites and an old Zara blazer. I'm carrying my gorgeous vintage Bottega Veneta bag from Rice & Beans Vintage.

so pretty i love the sunset and your bag!!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm kind of in love with those teal railings. And CA in general, it always seems so beautiful!
