spaghetti (squash)

I've always loved spaghetti squash (it reminds me of the fall and also of my grandpa who loved it) but this year I feel like I just can't get enough. I made it last week and used it as replacement spaghetti with some store-bought pasta sauce which was awesome, but I wanted to try something a little (emphasis on little) more exciting, so when I came across this recipe I knew I had to try it out. It's super easy and requires very minimal cooking skills.

You can also add in or substitute anything you like - I didn't use any olives and added some good olive oil.

I got the idea to put white pumpkins on top of candle holders from (where else) Pinterest. I think it's a fun way to incorporate a little fall into your decor!
