Malibu Beach Day


Good morning! I hope you all had a great weekend. We spent Saturday in Malibu swimming, reading and suntanning, which was exactly what I needed. After we were all beached out (read: sunburnt and tired of hungry) we headed to the Malibu Country Mart for some shopping, lunch (at Cafe Habana - the grilled corn with cojita cheese is one of the best things ever) and a treat (Grom gelato). It was the perfect Saturday!

I'm off to Las Vegas for a few days for the Platform Shoe Show... I'm hosting an event and doing some work, but will hopefully have a chance to hang out, see all the amazing shoes and take some pictures to share.





Paradise Cove is where we went to the beach - it's a restaurant with a private beach (meaning you can bring wine if you like!). It's not the most secluded, but I love it.

Outfit details:

Banana Republic swimsuit (but this one is similar), LL Bean tote bag, Jack Rogers Sandals, bracelets from Europe from traveling friends - the orange one was given to me by Daniela from VIA Los Angeles, a website I also write for, Chanel sunglasses (these are similar!) and white coverup from Target that's super old but perfect
